We are located on the beautiful village Green at The Lee, famed for many appearances in the TV series Midsomer Murders.
The Cock and Rabbit & The Graziemille Restaurant can be found near Great Missenden in Buckinghamshire, between Amersham and Wendover, situated in beautiful countryside amongst the rolling Chiltern hills.
Followers of television’s Midsomer Murders may remember the inn as The Rose and Chalice, chosen as a location for the series because of its timeless charm and beautiful village green location.

A Most Romantic Setting
In addition to our main restaurant area, an ideal setting for intimate groups, we also have a large function room that can cater for much larger numbers of people.
If you would like to organise a wedding reception, a party, or a large social group, we can cater for over 60 people.
If you do have a large number of guests, just give us a call and we can discuss an individual group rate just for you.
You can either ring us on 01494 837540 or 01494 837512 during opening hours or email us using the form on our Contact Page.
Pasta Wednesday
Every Wednesday The Graziemille Restaurant brings you our special Italian Pasta meal deal for just £12
Choose from a wide variety of our tasty and fulfilling Pasta dishes, together with a choice of beverage from a range of wines or beers.
These are traditional Italian pasta dishes, created by our traditional Italian chef “Franco” and made with a genuine Italian touch.
We particularly recommend the in-house special “Pasta Graziemille” or for those wishing something a little more adventurous, “Pasta Arrabbiata” (literally: “angry pasta”).
Together with a glass of Italian red wine, or a genuine Italian beer and accompanied with tasty garlic bread, you have the perfect combination.
Or as we would say:
La perfetta esperienza Italiana!
