We are located on the beautiful village Green at The Lee, famed for many appearances in the TV series Midsomer Murders.

Followers of television’s Midsomer Murders may actually remember the inn as The Rose and Chalice, chosen as a location for the series because of its timeless charm and beautiful village green location.

The Lee is surrounded by country trails that are popular with walkers and ramblers and is a frequently used mid-point between Great Missenden and Wendover, both of which are served by the main railway line to London.
